On average, 1 in 4 people in Northern Ireland will experience an issue with their mental health in their lifetime. AWARE's mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health while promoting the importance of looking after your mental health and wellbeing. AWARE also want to ensure people can access services appropriate to their needs and we want to inform, educate and raise awareness of mental health in Northern Ireland.
