To mark World Mental Health Day 2022, AWARE Board Member Helen McDonnell of Indigo Life Coaching is offering online Mindfulness sessions which are open to everyone!
The sessions are free with a suggested donation to AWARE to help support our work. You can make a donation via this page by clicking on the blue 'Donate' button.
The sessions will run over Zoom from Monday, 10 October to Friday, 14 October. The session will run each evening at 7-7.30 pm.
- These Mindfulness sessions are suitable for beginners and offer an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness.
- There is a theme each day, and people are encouraged to tune in to as many sessions as possible.
- It's all about taking practical action to support good mental health!
- Mindfulness is all about practice; these sessions allow people to try this in a supported environment to kick start their practice.
