George Best Belfast City Airport is putting Mental Health first by appointing AWARE as its charity partner for 2022 and 2023. Throughout the two-year partnership with the help of our employees and business partners, we will be aiming to raise vital funds to provide support to those affected by depression and ill mental health across Northern Ireland.

We are thrilled to partner with AWARE, a charity committed to helping individuals and providing much-needed support networks. As a responsible business, the well-being of our staff is of paramount importance to us and we are confident that this partnership will not only generate awareness externally of the fantastic work that the charity does and raise vital funds to support the delivery of their programmes in our region, but that we as an organization will reap the benefits too as we look at training staff and equipping our people with knowledge and tools to maintain positive mental health.

We have devised an action plan with AWARE and will be taking part in a number of fundraising initiatives throughout the course of the partnership and look forward to updating you on these as we go along…
